Chad Hughes

Born and raised in Santee, Chad leads his team of realty professionals at our Santee office, officially opened late 2015. He serves as the broker for Mission Realty Group, with over thirty agents working out of two branches. Mission Realty Group’s motto is “Always Be Improving: People, Communities, Environment,” and as one of the company’s founding agents, Chad truly takes that belief to heart. His goal is to treat clients not simply as a business transaction, but as a relationship with integrity and trust that continues long after the purchase or sale of a house.

As a real estate agent, Chad brings a wide range of knowledge of both residential and commercial property. He has an extensive understanding of the many facets that should be considered when buying or selling a home, with an expertise enhanced by his experience as a construction worker and electrician. Chad is appreciative of the fact that the home-buying process can seem intimidating or overwhelming, and works one-on-one with his clients to streamline and simplify the process.

With over ten years of service as a volleyball coach for both Valhalla High School and San Diego Christian College, he has strong ties to the local community and even led the Valhalla men’s team to a California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) victory in 2005 and 2015. Chad currently lives in Santee with his wife Alyse and their seven-year-old twins.
